Founded in 2014, Evergreen Life has grown from being a personal health record that puts control in the hands of the user, to a nationwide health and wellbeing platform that spans primary and secondary care, as well as being a research ready platform for healthcare and life sciences institutions.
Founder of Evergreen, Stephen Critchlow, was instrumental in bringing the Youth Zone to Grimsby and is a trustee on the Horizon Youth Zone board.
Horizon Youth Zone is a charity dedicated to providing North East Lincolnshire’s young people with the opportunity to discover their passion and their purpose. Located in the centre of Grimsby, Horizon will be a safe, inclusive and vibrant space, providing over 20 fun and engaging activities every session for thousands of young people.
