Tom Shutes is a designer, developer and investor in real estate, media and the arts. He is known for delivering complex architectural and regeneration projects, often involving heritage assets. His a co-founder of IFOW (Institute for the Future of Work), the Faith & AI conference and is director of the Museum of Everything and Gallery of Everything. Tom has been keenly involved in the New Town Deal pilot project for the Greater Grimsby area and is actively involved in several regeneration initiatives for the town.  In 2016 he partnered with InnovationRCA, Royal College of Art’s centre for start-ups and entrepreneurship and UnLtd, the foundation for social entrepreneurs to launch Our Place in the World, a challenge that seeks out and invests in the most interesting and inventive new ideas and products in the field of social entrepreneurship.
